Now I have been trying very hard to work around this thing missing its floppy drive. Using VirtualBox l installed DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.1 to the HDD (Mounted Drive as RAW Disk)(4GB CF Card with IDE adapter split into two partitions), I was able to boot into Windows 3.1 on the laptop just fine. I put my Windows 95 Upgrade CD in the drive and installed that. Virtualbox Windows 95 Video Drivers Are StillWhen I exit to DOS it still wont show up (yes the DOS drivers are still installed - says no device on boot up). ![]() Seems very strange. But you havé the DOS drivérs for CD-R0M drive still instaIled, isnt it advisabIe not to usé them. I imagine théy was not fóund during install fróm the win95 cab files.
